FIX Wines & Spirits has a customer focused team with both the relevant academic training and years of experience in the sales & marketing of consumer goods and luxury products. Our ability to do business on a cross cultural basis and understanding of markets dynamics and key players across the region, are key strengths.

Under the direction of our Managing Director, Igor Boyadjian, our team is built around four pillars:

A strong sales team, with experienced Area managers closely managing markets and key accounts throughout the region
A pragmatic and professional Marketing department, driving our brands` strategy
A highly qualified and widely experienced Logistics Department, providing a first rate customer service experience
A reliable Finance department, supporting the growth of our business

What attracted you about FIX Wines & Spirits in the first place?

The fact that I have to deal with the same markets and customers I dealt with, back in Allied Domecq days, and to be part of starting up a new company. I felt privileged that the Director’s chose me to join them.

What made you join?

The partners. Having the chance to work with Igor, Xavier and Francois again and helping them with our customers in the Gulf, Middle East and Africa. I always enjoyed working in this industry, there is never a dull moment.

What makes FIX Wines & Spirits special?

The diversity, the challenges we face, we always seem to push forward and prevail.

The members of our team, like our customers, are from various cultures, having different points of views and ways of working. I believe the partners have managed to pick the perfect group of people to work here at FIX, we just all fit together, like a puzzle.

What do you like about working at FIX?

The fact that it feels like a family. We spend a lot of time at work, therefore the persons I work with, are very important to me. I also like that FIX believes in its people and show gratitude when earned. It is rare to find employers like that.
